Kathryn is responsible for establishing and negotiating industry partnerships at GSMI. She organizes media correspondence with news sources covering events, acts as the onsite press contact, and leads the marketing effort for national conferences, including Unmanned Systems Institute Conference and NCIA’s Cannabis Business Summit series.

Prior to joining the GSMI team, Kathryn was a Project Manager for a national market research firm, where she gained experience in client contact, logistic organization, and project development within a wide range of subject matter, including medical, political, and consumer research. Kathryn managed mock trials, focus groups, and high volume product testing, both onsite and remotely for clients located domestically and abroad.

Kathryn graduated with a BA in Political Science from California State University, Chico, before working as a legislative intern in Sacramento. Her interest in policy is balanced by an active lifestyle in equestrian sports and triathlons, as well as an appreciation and practice of the arts.
